Conditions for Chauffeur Hire
Airport collections parking charges, where applicable are extra. Waiting time up to one hour is included for all airport bookings. A waiting charge of £30 per hour min thereafter. Parking tickets gained by client requesting to wait will be charged at cost.
The chauffeur will choose the best route to the destination taking traffic conditions into consideration. Any unforeseen conditions, road closures, accidents, Passengers not adhering to journey start times, weather or acts of god that prevents the driver from arriving on time leading to missed appointments, flights etc, Mile High Chauffeurs cannot be held responsible.
Mile hire Chauffeurs will not be held responsible for items left in the vehicle or loss or damage to personal articles during or after hire period.
The hire period for weddings is a maximum of 3.5 hours from time of arrival at pick up point to time of drop off at the last destination, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
Additional hire is at the discretion of the chauffeurs and at a rate of £30 per hour. Any additional hire fees are payable on the wedding day.
Additional hire may not be possible if the vehicle is due to continue to a subsequent reservation.
Damage to Vehicles
The driver will open the car doors on arrival, any damage incurred by passenger opening doors onto other vehicles, posts etc will be charged to the hirer.
Any damage to the vehicle inside or out caused by the client or guests will be charged in full with drivers loss of earnings.
The client named on the booking confirmation accepts responsibility for the conduct of passengers including any damage to the vehicle or removal of any items, i.e. floral arrangements, glasses etc, also vehicle valeting if deemed necessary due to the action of passengers, loss of earnings if the vehicle is unfit for subsequent hire due to actions of passengers.
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, Mile High Chauffeurs will make every effort to replace the vehicle either from their own fleet or another company.
A full refund will be made if a replacement can not be supplied.
Mile High Chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate any journey if they deem the conduct of any passenger to be either abusive, potentially hazardous to themselves or other passengers, to be at risk of causing damage to the vehicle or to be of an illegal nature.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of hire time will forfeit 100% of the cost.
Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the hire time will forfeit 50% of the cost.
No charge will apply for cancellations over 7 days. Deposits will be taken as pre payments and are not refundable for advance bookings. Full payment is to be made 7 days before high date.
